WA Premier Colin Barnett condemns drink driving culture

WEST Australians need to change the “unacceptable” culture of drink driving, according to Premier Colin Barnett, speaking out after the spate of eleven road deaths on the weekend.

Angered and upset over the horrendous long weekend death toll, Mr Barnett said the government would continue spending money on road safety but it was ultimately up to people to adopt a “zero tolerance” to drink-driving.
