- If you are participating in a State program you must complete your mandated period – your interlock device will be used for the duration of your mandated period, with regular servicing which is dependent on state laws. Our service centres can service your device by appointment.
- Removal of interlock device – removing your interlock device can be done at the end of your program or in some cases, voluntary at any time. At the completion of your program, our service centres can remove your device (fees apply), which you should bring your Government Authority Advice to if required. If you voluntarily remove your device at any time our service centres can remove your device (fees apply with an additional early termination fee) which can be reinstated if you install your device again at Guardian within 6 months of removing the interlock device.
