QUEENSLAND INTERLOCK PROGRAM
The Queensland interlock program for convicted drink drivers commenced in December 2010. For complete program details (including application forms) about eligibility, concession, financial assistance or exemptions click here. If you have an interlock licence from another state and reside in Queensland, please contact TMR on 13 2380 for further information.
The program requires Guardian to provide interlock services within 150 kilometres of specified areas throughout Queensland. Service outside the areas can be provided by mutual agreement. Guardian is also developing mobile servicing for some of the more remote areas by using the regular remote area servicing already provided by auto electrical firms.
